LEAGUE REFUND POLICY
The Sandbox reserves the right to cancel any leagues due to a lack of enrollment. A full refund will be provided. Other refunds will be provided as per our Refund Policy:
Withdraw four weeks prior to the start of league play: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less $20.00 admin fee).
Withdraw two weeks prior to the start of league play: 25% of the registration fees will be refunded (less $20.00 admin fee).
Within 2 weeks of your teams first scheduled game: No refunds will be provided.
Once league play/season has started: No refunds will be provided.
Therefore, The Sandbox defines the start of the season as your team’s first scheduled game.
BOOK A COURT REFUND POLICY
The Sandbox requires a 72 hour notice for all court rentals that are needing to be rescheduled for a different date/time. There is a 20% charge for all reservations that can not be rescheduled. We appreciate your understanding.

PowerPlay Metro North Inc and subsidiaries will collect and use information obtained from credit card transactions only for business purposes. These business purposes may vary depending upon the circumstances. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.

The credit card information provided by you to PowerPlay Metro North Inc and subsidiaries will be stored in a confidential manner. PowerPlay Metro North and subsidiaries, through our third party payment provider authorize.net and our payment processor protocol to ensure transaction security. Your payment and personal information is always safe. The SSL software used by authorize.net and our payment processor is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

What is authorize.net and Shift 4?
Authorize.net and our payment processor are the third party vendors with whom PowerPlay Inc Metro North and subsidiaries has contracted to provide secure online payments and with whom authorize.net and our payment processor additionally has contracted to process online credit card payments.
Why are we using a third party vendor?
Credit card processing fees have been increasing at an alarming rate. The vendor, authorize.net and our payment processor, has the expertise in online payment systems to meet all security and privacy issues and meets the banking and credit card industry compliance requirements.
